Zapvi — Intentionally not delivering product neither cancelling it | |||
I have purchased a product from zapvi and already paid for that. They have sent the product through ecom express who is yet to deliver it..now i find that ecom express have put a OFD lock on the delivery of the goods. And according to the ecom express customer care the lock has been applied by the ecommerce company that is zapvi. They are not cancelling the order and refunding the money nor they are delivering it . instead everyday they are telling that they would be delivering it in 24 hours.
