Zapvi — non delivery of order | |||||
I have ordered two covers with order id - 1015777, on 17th nov 2019, which was sent via fedex with shipment no.[protected]. For your reference it was supposed to be delivered by 26th november 2019, and tracking that order it showed that it has reached town nearest to my location by 22nd november itself. And since that day it's there only. They have not delivered it, and since 26th i'm getting messages like delivery has been rescheduled due to my availability, ir any other reason, but its not been delivered yet. They have never attempted delivery, nor they have contacted me. Today i got message that it will be delivered by today, even tracking is showing that product is on the vehicle enroute to my address, but it didn't came and again its showing the previous location. Seriously whether you guys are making customers fool, as i'm being hopeless here, and i've never seen such a worst service in my experience. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have just ordered for a phone back cover and I already paid for it but from the site it shows that it hasn't been yet paid for... Seems like my money has gone down the drain.

I have placed a order of 4 cases at amount of 456 I have not received any confirmation from those frauds 😭😭 it’s showing no order has been placed please some one help me I have raised complaint through razorpaypg where I payed my amount too I have to tried to call them it’s switch off

Yess iam oderd 3phone cases on 7august the given date was 16thaugust but till 2nd september I don't get the product.What was the reason bihind please return my product or refund my money 💰🙏
We ordered a mobile case on March 11 2020 worth Rs.159 through online payment. There's no tracking of the product and we are not informed about it's delivery. Please deliver our product or refund our money as soon as possible and take action against the fake website.
