Zara — Amount deducted at zara twice but they received only once

I had placed an order with zara on 28th november, 2020.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@okhdfcbank and money got debited TWICE from my account but zara only received the amount once.
My concerned bank says the other amount has been successfully credited to the merchant's end.
So where in the air has the amount gone ??

Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

My order number is [protected], with zara,
I placed this order back in october 2020, the return pickup was arranged after 2 months and numerous calls to the costumer service..
on 18 December 2020, after my return got accepted, the refund was to be initiated within a few days and it said it'd take me maximum 14 days to receive the amount.. but it has been a few days past the maximum time, and the amount is still not reflected in my bank account..
the return process already was really inconvenient, and now the refund is just as tedious. please resolve asap!
