Zara — Amount deducted but order not confirmed

I was playing a order on Zara India online on 15 November and had opted for payment by upi. I then did the payment thought paytm for which Zara has used citrus payment gateway.
I did transaction and money got denied from my account but Zara did not received the amount.
So I just canceled the order to check if I receive the refund but I didn’t received.
I haven’t been initiated a refund

Kindly check my concern and give me my refund of money at earliest.
