Zara.com — transaction dispute - failure o[censored]pi transaction via citruspay

Hi i had placed 2 transactions of 4770 each on zara mobile app via upi on 20th june 2020.

Unfortunately both the transactions had failed but the amount was debited from my account.
I checked with my bank on which they told me that money has been credited to the beneficiary.
I have got a refund for only the 1st transaction and not the 2nd.

I checked in with zara.com and they have shared the proof of amount not received by them.
It clearly states that the transaction is rejected at the "payment gateway"

Surprisingly i still haven't received the refund and my bank advised me to reach out to citruspay since the payment has failed at the payment gateway.
I request you to please check and credit the amount back to my account.
