Zara — Complaint against Zara and Citrus Pvt ltd

I was ordering from zara and made the payment through UPI(Paytm). Money got deducted from my bank but I haven’t received any confirmation for my order. They cancelled my order. What is this behaviour? Hundreds of complaints for this issue and still you guys can’t find a solution. Is it that difficult for a big brand like yours? I want an immediate reply for my issue otherwise I need to take a step against you guys.
