Zara — Im complaining about my order | |||||
I purchased a jeans from Zara app, I choose an option to pay through UPI payments. They redirected me to the citrus solutions merchant to continue my payment. I entered my upi Id of google pay, my money 2990rs got deducted but my order in zara app showed pending payment, and after some time it showed order cancelled, neither did I get my money back nor the product.
