Zara India — UPI Payment Issue for a Zara Order

Hello,
On 3rd September 2021, I placed an online order on the Zara India app.
I opted to pay for the order via Gpay/UPI Payment method, upon entering my UPI ID credentials I was directed to the Citrus Payment Solutions Gpay account. I made the necessary payment and the amount got deducted from my bank account.
However, on the ZARA app, it says payment processing?
I tried to talk to a ZARA Representative and they said that the payment is at the approval stage, if the payment doesn't come through the order will be cancelled.
Please look into this matter and I urge you to resolve this asap.
