Zara — Money debited from my bank account while doing payment through upi for Zara but it got cancelled didn't got the money back

I ordered a top from Zara on 5th May the order got cancelled but money was debited from my back account it was through gpay. The amount was 2180 and transaction id[protected]. The amount went to [protected]@axisbank. It's been 21days please I want my money back.
