Zara — Money Debited without received by Zara

I was conducting a online transaction for zara using upi for citrus solutions, after doing the payment it showed the payment done and debited from my axis bank account, but later on I received an email which said the purchase was cancelled as the money wasn't received by zara, please see to it that my money is refunded as soon as possible.
