Zara — Money deducted twice

I purchased a pair of heels from zara worth 1590/-, via upi ( CITRUS PAY )my money got deducted from the account but the app showed incomplete purchase and i still had to pay, so i paid again extra 1590/-
I would like a refund of Rs 1590/- please
