Zara — Money deducted, UPI shows payments successful but merchant has not received

Hi,

I made a Zara purchase and made the payment using google pay, the money was deducted from my account and UPI app shows the payment as successful; However Zara still shows status as pending payment and have mailed me saying that they have not received the payment.

Request you to please refund the deducted amount. Thanks.
