Zara — Money is deducted but my purchase is showing pending

I purchased ₹2280 worthy items in Zara and made payment through UPI(Google pay). Money got deducted from my account but payment is still pending. Please refer attachments and kindly do needful. I received an email from Zara saying payment is incomplete.
