Zara — refund not initiated

I had returned a product of zara with order no.[protected]. It's been 7 days they had not given any update by email or contact. That my refund had been initiated or not. Whenever i call their customer help. They always say that there is problem in our system. Please wait for 2 3 days. They are not giving any reasonable answer.
