Zara — Zara money is deducted but order not confirmed

I was purchasing a black jegging online through Zara app.I chose an option to pay through UPI payments. They redirected me to citrus solutions merchant to continue my payment. I entered my upi id of phonepe pay .My money 2, 080 got deducted but my order in the Zara app still shows payment pending. Kindly refund my money.
UPI Transaction id is[protected].
I also have the amount deducted transaction proofs.
I immediately want an action to be taken and refund my money as soon as possible.
