Zara — Zara refund for failed order placement | |
I was placing an order on zara india online on 6th june 2021 and had opted for payment via upi. I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway. I did the transaction via [protected]@okicici and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount. So zara cancelled the order from their side, and now states it’s a pending order. I understand, I haven’t been initiated a refund as it was Sunday, its been 2 days and I haven’t been responded by anyone., Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.
