Zara — Zara refund has not reflected in my bank account | |||
I had done online transactions on Zara app on 27 November 2020 and 2 December 2020 through UPI. And I had put items for return. So far, I have received only partial amount of my only 1 order ₹1554 on 16 Dec 2020. Remaining total balance of all the orders ₹7252 merchant is stating that they have already initiated me the refund but there is no update with the refund in my bank statement.
