I too ordered a dress online from Facebook market place and got a very pathetic material tried to raise a return that lady doesn't reply now and the courier guy also says he is from third party . I want to return it . I am trying my best for the same. Kindly help me any body the number is also wrong

Hi, i have ordered online suit material from facebook add. They are seller in many online sites. They courier me and i paid 1795 for the suit and also asked if it is of bad quality can i process the return, he said yes you can. But after getting the parcel that was very bad in quality. I call that guy to process the refund and return. He said wait for 4 days. After that i didn't got any reply. I tried to call him and ping him. He blocked me from facebook.
And those numbers are not working. I googled it with the company name ZAREEN NX and found many bad comments about them. It seems many people like me got through this. Kindly take a serious action on them.

Zareen nx is a fraud. I had ordered a suit with plazzo and before purchase I had confirmed about refund system if all all there is any issue with the material. They said yes it's refundable.so when I received my order there was a size issue. I called the seller for a refund. He said within 7 days it will be done. Its 8-10 days now he is neither taking my calls not using his messenger I'd.He has deactivated it. The number mentioned in the slip is also not working. Please don't buy anything from them.Zareen nx is a fraud company.

This is the biggest fraud company. They have given me a totally different pattern and colour and horrible quality. There is no embroidery only a print inferior quality cloth. It won’t cost even 100/ rupees and I landed up paying 2250/- for it to the Blue Dart courier guy.

All the above comments are 💯 percent true. I have also been cheated by them. He says his name is Raj and his mobile number is [protected]. Please do something so that no other person will get cheated.

Same happened with me. Hi .. this couple is on Facebook marketplace and I had ordered a suit from them worth 1800 which was claimed to be stitched . I received a suit which is poor quality, shabbily stitched, no interlocking and the neck is as it is unstitched . They said that I could return the product if I didn’t like it within 7 days and would get a refund . Now they have blocked me and deleted the chat exchanges as well. gosh - same has happed to me! till I bought the product the guy was chatting with me on fb, now that the product got delivered he has blocked me I cant see the messages any more...the color I ordered & the product that came are completely different...very gaudy! damn, I should have seen these comments before ordereing

This is what I faced. I ordered a dress worth 2000 and that guy is not ready to reply on FB and the phone numbers are not connecting. This is such a big fraud. I tried to take help from bluedart who delivered the item, they are also helpless. They said if you could have asked me same day as that of delivery, I could return the parcel and give you the money because it was cash on delivery. Now I am being cheated have no clue what to do. This people should be punished for doing this fraud.

Many people like us already cheated. We really want to stop this happen. I put consumer court complain and the strange this is they also want money to submit the complaint. This company owner name is Ishtiyaq Shaikh. They all are fraud. If anybody know the solution than pls suggest.

same thing happened with me. FB and Bluedart must do something as their reputation is at stake and they are part of this crime which Istiyaq Sheikh is doing with genuine people. Market Place of FB has many fraud guys selling inferior products with fake identities and frauding consumers. FB must close market place till it is full proof

I googled it with the company name and found many bad comments about them. It seems many people like me got through this. Kindly take a serious action on them. His address is also incomplete on the courier slip.

I too faced the same issue
While taking the order they r very prompt at follow up and promise that returns can be arranged and full refund will be processed after that they just leave the chat and no response Need to take action against such sellers so that they don’t cheat anymore customers
