Zee Business — Non responsive approach from Flipcart on TV installation | |||
Dear Zee Business Team, I purchased a Micromax 42 inch colour (Micromax 42C0050UHD 106 cm (42) LED TV) from Flipcart on 25th May 2015, it was delivered to me on 30th May. Since then I have got three installation dates from Flipcart, 1st on 3rd June, Then 5th June, then 7th June and now there is no communication at all from Flipcart. Since I purchased TV on exchange offer, delivery team have taken my Old TV also. It's vacation time and kids at home are really disappointed as there is no TV at home since last 10 days. I can't even get TV installed on my own as Flipcart team informed me that Warranty for TV would lapse if I do it myself. I have already invested more than 35K on TV (Converted into EMI's) for a year. I don't know now, whom to contact, where to seek for help. Would be great if you can help me.
