With reference to my mi led full hd android tv 4a pro 49 inch, i was purchased the mi led full hd android tv 4a pro 123.2 cm (49) (Black) and order i'd is[protected] dated 28/12/2018 by online amazon and payment has been done through credit card and delivery estimate date was[protected] but still i haven't received my order. This is highly unprofessional also this is not good service. They are just playing my such emotions. And my sister's marriage[protected]. On[protected] evening i personally talk with courier company gati courier limited hathras head he said that i am not in office right now i can't help you, and cut my phone i continue call to him phone is ringing continue but he not pick up my phone. Also i call to amazon customer care he said that your home was locked at the time of delivery i informed you that my house is not locked last 15 days and no any call from delivery person side me and my brother's no are mentioned in invoice. I bought this television for giving as a gift to my sister's wedding. Now this product is not of any use to me this is fully unprofessional and also requested to zee news in india please show his real face of amazon and gati courier limited service. Because i have already done all payment on[protected].
