Dear Sir, i have booked a package on december 2014 and paid 24000 via net banking. but they somehow failed to give a single service.whenever i call they used to say this hotel s not availabe at this particular time. i booked for my honeymoon.after some time i mailed for cancellation and they said amount will be credited back to my account in max 20 to 25 days after 1 year of memberships ends and my membership ends on december 2015 and its 14 january 2016. where is my money. please help me with the same..

Zee Holidays World — Tour package not booked

I booked andaman package with www.zeeholidaysworld.com and paid Rs.30000 online with credit card, booking ID: Z0000540, now website not open and mob is switched off.
