I booked andaman package with www.zeeholidaysworld.com and after telephonic talk with booking manager priya sharma [protected] payment done of rs. 30000 on website with credit card on 9th april 2015 with booking confirmation id: z0000540 (two transactions of rs. 15000 each). but she didn't book package saying that hotel bookings were not available. then in september i called her again for goa package for october. at that time i also talked to senior executive ismati [protected] and she didn't book package saying that portal booked already and new booking available after 15th november. i asked for refund but as written in terms refund will be possible after 1 year.
Now all the mobile nos are switched off and website also not opened.
Then i got call from pratika [protected] saying calling from zee holidays and refund done by atm. i went to atm and on phone call she said to do fund transfer to account no. [protected], but i knew in this way fund transferred from my account so i didn't do that.
Kindly make refund directly to my account. my account and ifsc details sent to your email.

We have booked a package for kerala @48000/- but when we are waiting for the refund we are not getting our refund back and the phone line are switched off.it was informed to us that it will be paid back after 1 year and its almost 2 years now but we didnt received any money or reply to our mail regarding the refund . its seems like a kind of scam to us our customer ID is Z[protected]

Dear sir, myself Dhrumil Joshi residence of Gujarat. i got a call from zee holidays to book a honeymoon package. i deposited 24000 in zee holidays world account on december 2014 but i am failed to get any service or any packahge frm this cheater comapny. i called 1000 times but no one cares to pick up and every time it shows number is busy. As per our E-mail conversation i have sent them a cancelled cheque(scanned copy). and they said my amount ill be refunded back to my account once my validity comes to end... my validity ended in december 2015. its 16 january today... i didnt get a single penny nor i got a call..i have already called them number of times. please sir help me with the same..

Dear Sir, i have booked a package on december 2014 and paid 24000 via net banking. but they somehow failed to give a single service.whenever i call they used to say this hotel s not availabe at this particular time. i booked for my honeymoon.after some time i mailed for cancellation and they said amount will be credited back to my account in max 20 to 25 days after 1 year of memberships ends and my membership ends on december 2015 and its 14 january 2016. where is my money. please help me with the same..

I have booked Goa tour package for 4 nights and 5 days in November 2014 via booking ID Z0000503.
and pay amount of Rs 50000/- for 8 members. server time i send e-mails and call zee holidays world to give me package or refund my money.
But till date i not receive any tour package or amount.

Dear sir,

I have made payment to zee world holidays through icici bank credit card on 30th june 14 and 11th july 14 of rs. 5750/ - each hence total amount of rs. 11500/ - .
Enclosed are the icici bank credit card statement for ready reference.

Also, find the attached membership agreement from zee world holidays.

Zee world holidays had been repetitively failed in providing committed service and holiday booking confirmation hence i asked to refund the complete amount of rs. 11500/ - which is agreed by zee holidays and confirmation mail also attached.

But, now zee holidays representatives are not responding over mails and phone calls.

Below is the mail from Zee holidays and as per their confirmation they are not providing refund since July 2015 and now since last month all the contact numbers are found switched off.

Pl help me to get my refund at the earliest.

As discussed with you regarding refund of your package Rs 11500/- for One Shot package with Membership and it is valid for 5 year but due to your personal reason we would like to going reduce your package validity of 1 years only. Now you will get your refund after the expiry of your validity ( 1 Year ). Your booking and Membership id registration date was 30th June 2014 . On next day of expiration the validity you can process your refund and it will be credited in your account within 3 to 4 working days with the interest of 9% annual. Kindly go through the below detail:-

Refund Amount :- 12535 + 200 Process Fee = Rs 12735/-
Date of Refund:- first week of July 2015


Documents required for cancelation of Package:- One cancel cheque of any Bank. We request you to reply the mail ASAP with your confirmation of YES or NO to process the refund.

Zee global holidays is fraud company.i pay 5999 for holiday tour package..but after payment he not picking my calls and he promised also to give mobile samsung grand as a gift...but saaale sab chor hai..aur sirf yahi nhi iss zee global k malik ka naam imran hai aur noushad hai jo company laxmi nagar me chal rahi hai inn sab ka persnol number nikal liya hai maine inke bank details se, , , [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]..inn saare number ko police me bhi de diya hai ...koi bhi trust mat karna innn behenchodo per ali, imran, anuj...san hai involve hai issme ..employee koo salary bhi nhi dete saaale madarchod
