Dear sir, myself Dhrumil Joshi residence of Gujarat. i got a call from zee holidays to book a honeymoon package. i deposited 24000 in zee holidays world account on december 2014 but i am failed to get any service or any packahge frm this cheater comapny. i called 1000 times but no one cares to pick up and every time it shows number is busy. As per our E-mail conversation i have sent them a cancelled cheque(scanned copy). and they said my amount ill be refunded back to my account once my validity comes to end... my validity ended in december 2015. its 16 january today... i didnt get a single penny nor i got a call..i have already called them number of times. please sir help me with the same..

Myself Bharat Pepiya from Ahmedabad, Its the same incident with me too. I booked with firm location and was confirm that will get the booking and will proceed once I deposit some advance and 22000 was deposited. Then they started argument that the dates and hotels are not matching and you may book other hotels and deposit the balance amount 1st to proceed as if you don't go we have to pay full amount, etc.

Now on cancellation they said that they will refund by November 15 and took relevant details as a formalities. Now they are not responding to the email nor they are picking up the phones.

God knows its real company or a fraud company. Everything in dark unless refund is not received.

I request that no one believe such companies and make any payments. It might be little expensive but make your own arrangements or use some reputed chain or group.

please guide me for the police complaint and other cyber crime complaints.

24000 is not a small amount for me..

same thing happened to me also. i booked a manali trip in june 2015. they said hotels are not available and cancelled my trip at the last moment. now when my validity is about to expire they are not responding. somebody pls help me i have given them 20000 rs.
