We have booked a package for kerala @48000/- but when we are waiting for the refund we are not getting our refund back and the phone line are switched off.it was informed to us that it will be paid back after 1 year and its almost 2 years now but we didnt received any money or reply to our mail regarding the refund . its seems like a kind of scam to us our customer ID is Z[protected]...
