I booked andaman package with www.zeeholidaysworld.com and after telephonic talk with booking manager priya sharma [protected] payment done of rs. 30000 on website with credit card on 9th april 2015 with booking confirmation id: z0000540 (two transactions of rs. 15000 each). but she didn't book package saying that hotel bookings were not available. then in september i called her again for goa package for october. at that time i also talked to senior executive ismati [protected] and she didn't book package saying that portal booked already and new booking available after 15th november. i asked for refund but as written in terms refund will be possible after 1 year.
Now all the mobile nos are switched off and website also not opened.
Then i got call from pratika [protected] saying calling from zee holidays and refund done by atm. i went to atm and on phone call she said to do fund transfer to account no. [protected], but i knew in this way fund transferred from my account so i didn't do that.
