Dear sir
I had applied for new connection on 3rd aug. 2013 vide request no. [protected] but
due to technical mistake by department but I suffer 40 days on 14.10.13 I
deposited the demand note. from that day till today my connection was not release
from department when I mail then department reply was that please you give us
time for 180 days to install transformer, then I replied how I can live without
light if your department was known that we cannot provide the new connection in
this block why you did not publish in paper and why you accept new connection
application at last moment you are telling me your department mistake then they
replied that you can refund your money or can apply for temporary connection, I
replied please tell me the difference in temporary connection and permanent
connection your department give me connection from sky then department reply that
we are sorry that due to technical problem we are unable to provide u
connection. in the mean time one connection was released in other block in that
block the problem was same but as I heard I mail them that today you provide one
connection on 23.12.13 again the same reply.
Sir, it is department headache but department harassing me; you are requested to
please look in this matter. As I know today that the project to install the transformer in this
Block has been cancelled & this project was already pending for the last 2 years.If tpddl get not space
So my meter will not install.
