Zee Tv — subscription amount double deduction | |||
My one month subscription amount of rs.99 got deducted twice from my paytm wallet. First it got deducted once but the subscription was not made or i could not avail the subscription and then i made the payment again and the amount got deducted for the second time and after the i could avail the subscription. But instead of ₹99 i have ₹198 (₹99+₹99) deducted from my wallet. I am attaching the receipts of the both the deductions. Kindly refund the extra transacted amount. I have applied for subscription from 23 Dec 19. But, i am unable to watch the content on firetv after downloading zee5 application. Today it's 27th. Also, i have been charged twice with Rs 99/-, but still there's no subscription started
