I availed zee 5 premium subscription on 24.07.2018. I paid an amount of rs. 499 as a subscription fee for one year. The said amount was paid through paytm at 7.40 pm. The paytm wallet transaction id is [protected] and zee 5 order reference bearing no is as below: #[protected]@6e5c637f7bf748edab4132b5d0c65568. The screen shot of the payment details is attached. After a while i even complained about this in the "contact us" description by email to "support.[protected]@zee5.com". No response is received till date. There is no phone number or toll free service. Despite the payment and even after 2 days, i am still not able to access the premium content in zee 5. The screen shot is attached. Subscribed few mins back, however it still shows no subscription. Can you check why?

I'll pay amount of rs99 two times for subscription on channel of zee5.for the watching the episode of the true based story of sunny leone's life.but the subscription isn't activate yet, , so at this situation please activate my subscription or refund my money back.it's a humble request for clear this mess.

It is pathetic to see so many complaints and still, the issue hasn't been resolved. I paid for the subscription to with Rs. 99 and it is not active.

I paid 699 rs "1 year"for zee 5 premium subscription on 16 March 2019. When trying to login on app it always saying "unable to reach zee5". please resolve my problem.

I have subscribed for Zee TV through Paytm Rs. 699/- about a month back. but I am unable to access for live tv . I am complained abot this. but result is not positive. How to resolve this problem? I am unable to get the details of my subscription also. I got only once the invoice but i am unable to view the invoice .kindly advice how to resolve the issue.

Every Month i renew Zee 5 Subscription by paying Rs. 99 All access pack for 30days. I did the same.this time even when i was unable to access my regular shows. I have paid Money through Net Banking and just in few seconds i have received the message that the renewal has been done successfully. But from last 2 days i am struggling to view the shows online. Whats the point of paying the money instantly if the services are not offered. Please resolve the issue asap or else refund my money back.

Paid Rs 99 for a one month Subscription two days back, but unable to watch premium in Zee5 .
I renewed the ZEE5 monthly subscription today for Rs99 through iTunes. Still premium membership is not activated. Also sent email to their support id and got a ticket number. Hope they resolve in time. Due to the current corona crisis they said the waiting would be longer.
Paid 999 for annual subscription through GPay using the QR code.
Even after repeated mails there's no response of any kind. How is this even allowed, ? Isn't this some kind of fraud. Why even advertise when the company doesn't have the necessary resources for attending to issues.
No such issues EVER with Netflix or Amazon prime.
Some companies just shouldn't be allowed to operate.

Hey your problem is solved ? i am facing same problem.
Have subscribed for zee5 on june 2021..my plan was 499 for 1 year, plan got activated for a month and then got deactivated automatically..zee5 premium account not working...I'm seeing so much same complaints here...worst service by zee5...I request people to not download this worst app...
