[Resolved] Zee Tv — zee5 subscription amount paid but service not activated | |
I have paid an amount of 500 for the annual subscription to zee5. The money has been paid through paytm and accordingly it has been deducted from my account. A successful transaction message has also been received through paytm end. Yet the payment doesn't reflect in zee5 app and accordingly my subscription to zee5 doesn't show. I have raised complaint in the app as well but there was no response. Was this information helpful? | |

Subscribe zee5 two months pack...bt not able to watch any movie...my amount is deducted from my account...plz refund my amount back.

Finally i tried to change my plan with 499 so at least i can get back my 500 rs. from ZEE5 thieves.. i also lost my 499
My dears thieves kindly activate or refund my 999 rs.

I have paid amount of rs 499 for telugu annual subscription plan on 10th may 2019 but it is not accessible so I made a complaint through email today also i mailed the response is only ticket no 379478 generated and wait for updatation but still it is not updated i shared all screen shots in mail i paid amount through phone pe below i attach that screen shot respond it as soon as possible or else refund my money
Same problem as everyone, i suggest you better do not use the payment method from 'Paytm' app
Even i lost my money and sent like 6 mails to them, they replied me and told me to attach screen shots of the payment receipt so i attached it, after that, they told me to send my 'Zee5 user ID' and literally i couldn't find it anywhere on the zee5 app. I even googled it but there's not anything related about zee5 user ID. Totally Worthless!
