Zee Tv — zee5 subscription | |||
I was paying Rs. 999/- for Zee5 Annual subscription. While making payment through PAYU.IN, but while making payment there was an error occurred. Hence later I made payment of Rs. 999/- though Paytm App. The money has been paid through paytm and accordingly it has been deducted from my account. A successful transaction message has also been received through paytm end. and It showed success and my subscription renewed. But when i checked my bank account, it shows 2 times my money was deducted 1 is from PAYU.IN/ ref No. is - INB/[protected]/PAYU.IN/ for Rs. 999/- and 2 is from Paytm - ref no. is UPI/P2M/[protected]/ZEE5/Paytm Pay/Oid6 for Rs. 999/- for the annual subscription to zee5. I have raised complaint in the app as well but there was no response. Was this information helpful? | |||

I downloaded the app at dolla9.95 per month. But it does not work in my tablet. I need to talk to someone. I am from Canada there is no phone number listed on your web site except some for India. But when dialing it says the numbers are withdrawn.ii hope I am not charged in my credit card and money refunded.
