I have a active subcription of Zee5 which I purchased on 20 march 19 till 19 mar-2020, but from last6 days I am unable to watch live TV from zee5 apps.

I have raised compaint on there email id support.[protected]@zee5.com and a ticket 467070 was assigned but till today no resolution is given, I semm they are eating customers money.

pls help us in getting my money back, Zee5 is cheater. No person is calling me or providing a number where we can talk and resolve this.

    I have already subscribed for one year but it's not working primium at my mobile when i want watch anything again want subscription i have others subscription also like Amazon prime and Netflix but they're good never having problems like that please find the attachment of my problem they're are no one buddy to fixes the problems here i had complained so many time but never get possitive results even they're stop replies..

      Hi,

      I have paid 99rs for monthly subscription, then i received a message as well that my subscription has been activated. But whenever i am trying to click on any movie to watch it is not playing at all. My internet speed is too gud, moreover i have tried all the troubleshooting steps which is given online. These people arr fraud, even after paying money and receiving acknowledgement from their side there is no service available to watch movies. Rediculous!!
      Worst subcrisiption I ever saw why does it take time.. Whn no no others app needs
      Every time when i click on any video it shows something went wrong error. Internet speed is good. Not able to raise complaint from zee5 website using contact forma also. There also while submitting form it shows something went wrong. My subscription is going to end today in 30 days it never worked for me in Laptop / PC.

        I have made payment of rs 99 through phone pay on 14 apr 2019, money has been deducted from my account but subscription is not given. I am not able to viewing anything..
        I have also attached the screenshot of phone pay transaction...
        I request you to either provide me subscription or refund my subscription charges which is deducted by my account...

        Most of the time when I try to load the video it often says" something went wrong please try again later". Please try to overcome this issue since this happens all the time and causing inconvenience.

          I have purchased annual subscription of zee5 and made payment through paytm. After that once i can see premium content then after they have deleted my account. On complaining on zee5 support they have reset my account with new password. But neither new password works nor i have been given access to premium content. There after i have send two reminders to them but none of them get any answer.

          So in my opinion zee5 is looting and cheating indian viewers.

            I have purchased zee5 subscription on 26th march 2019 and today is 28th march 2019
            And my subscription has yet not started. If anybody is planning to take zee5 subscription please don’t take it as your money will be wasted. I have complained through emails 7 to 8 times which is of no use. It will be a waste of time if you will take zee5 membership n if your subscription doesn’t start and you complain to them. There complain system is pathetic and it goes in the dustbin. So please don’t take zee 5 membership however good it is.

Is [protected] i book a 1 year subscription of zee5 in july 2018 and since then i have been making complaint that i am unable to download even single video and these cheaters have been telling them your problem has been resolved. Which has never happened and not even returning my payment. Zee5 is totally fraud and cheater channel. I will file a complain in consumer court with proof. It means u r cheater and fraud. Zee5 u will be suffered in court.
              Zee5 it's mt final call to u either refund my issue else resolve the problem.
              I just purchased the subscription of ZEE5 for Rs. 699.00 via credit card payment, but even after that the premium movies are not playing. I have been trying to reach them over mail but no response

                Sir,
                I made a subscription of rs 99 on 20th march for viewing programmes on zee5 but unable to see the programmes. It is repeatedly asking me to subscribe to see any of the programmes. I have already written to your customer care who have alloted ticket no 299554 but no action has been taken so far even after 5 days. Please resolve the issue forthwith.

                  I have paid the amount but the plan is not active... I have complained through three times but no response... Kindly take some action against this... Zee5 is never reliable but still i just wanted to try and took one local pack for a months time to check and it shows subscription active when i’m trying to make the payment again but the plan does not show active in the active plans list
                  I try to subscribe zee5 Kannada pack of rs 49 amount is deducted but subscription is not done I raised a ticket and I responded back with my details but they mail me again and again i responded back 3 time now I got the Email we are not getting your response so we are closing the raised ticket small amount only but its cheating.

                      I have subscribed to zee5 recently after seeing their offer of 30% discount and 50% cashback on paytm, probably that is one the biggest mistakes i have made. I was charged 999 and then further to that there were no cashback or discount. I kept believing that my cashback and discount will be credited to my paytm account but it has been two weeks since subscription and yet there is no cashback or discount.

                      To add to all this mess, the streaming service is pathetic, the movie get stuck at some points and would not move forward. However, if i am streaming on netflix or amazon primevideo, the content runs absolutely fine.

                      I would not suggest anyone to subscribe to this # streaming service. I have mailed them many times over the past two weeks and there is no response whatsoever from them.

                        Paytm still not credited cashback for my annual subscription taken from zee5 app on 16th feb 19, after watching your promotional banner on zee5 app for 30% cashback as anniversory offer and 50% cashback if we pay thru paytm, no-where mentioned that 50% paytm cashback applicable only once per user.

                        I[censored] display any promotional activities on your app for payment thru paytm, why any customer go to paytm site and look for terms n condition of cashback applicable or not.

                        U must mentioned this on your zee5 app that cashback applicable for only once per user.
                        Take my this email very seriously, and talk with paytm team otherwise we think for other options for this misleading advertisement of zee5 & paytm cashback very soon with higher authorities and publise on social media.

                          I've paid for premium subscription. I've received a confirmation mail from apple and itunes saying that the subscription is active. However, i'm still not able to watch premium and there is zero support from zee5. I've tried emailing them several times, however there's no response from their end. I'm feeling totally cheated.
                          I've sent them mail more than twice, but there has been no resolution from their end till date.
                          It is really strange that this is the type of customer service! I'm extremely disappointed.

                            I had made the payment of zee5 annual subscription through iTunes on 18.2.19. My account still not showing any payment received despite having received the invoice from iTunes payment to zee5. There is no customer care no. of zee5. Made the complaint on emailed of zee5. But no response. Looks like that zee5 is a cheating in the name of entertainment. Hope people understand that. Plz help.

                            Subscribed for ZEE5 premium for one year, almost 1 week over, still i don't see the premium content. Even written to customer Service of ZEE5 not even one response. not sure whom to contact.

                            I see so many people got cheated from Zee5 over the internet for the same.

                            Please look into this issue before many people getting cheated.

                              Hi, while in india this year on january 2019 i took the zee 5 membership in india under my email id somnath. [protected]@gmail.com ([protected]).
                              I stay in south africa, unfortunately when i am back to sa i found that india membership is not working in sa here they run a separate monthly scheme in local currency. On 18th jan 2019 i informed zee 5 for the same and asked them to refund my indian money as i was taking the local membership under same email address and mobile number +[protected].
                              I am yet to get the refund back and zee is not responding my queries after so many reminders. They are actually taking my inr 999 in a wrong way.
                              Need immediate inetrvention from zee5 sr managemnet in this case.

                                  I have raised a several complaints against zee5 entertainment but they have been no response from their end, kindly note that i have taken the zee5 subscription, but still i'm not able to watch the premium shows. Also i had made the payment through paytm, i was suppose to get a cash back of 50%, which is so far not refunded. Kindly sort these issues and take strict actions against them for fraud.

                                        Hello,

                                        I paid for Zee5 monthly subscription worth INR 99 through Paytm with the intent of availing 50 % cashback offer form Paytm 24 December 2018.
                                        After doing the transaction successfully, I did not received the 50 % cashback i.e. INR 45.5 in paytm wallet.

                                        I contacted to Pyatm customer servce about same and they responded back saying that you will not receiving as the offer is ended on 21st December 2018 .

                                        Now if the offer is already ended then the 'Get 50% Cashback with Paytm'' is still displayed on mutilple screen of Zee5 App including buy subscription and payment screen misleading the customer to get 50% off of the payment amount.

                                        there are no Hyperlinks or terms and condition or any other information Zee5 app regarding 50 % cahbck offer with Paytm, so that a customer can get the knowledge if the offer has expired or is not applicable any more

                                        This is a clear case of misleading and thus reulting in fraud by displying an expired offer and cheating the customer .

                                        I checked on Paytm community page there has been several slimier cases of not receiving the cashback while the payment for Zee5 app .

                                        hence Zee5 app and Paytm are equally involved in this farud and may have cheated many customers like me.

                                        this is my formal intimation to boh Zee5 and Paytm to resolve this issue and provide me my cashback as promised on Zee5 app or I will log a formal complaint on consumer forum.

                                          When i found zee5 app is available on lg webos platform i immediately bought an annual subscription by paying rs.999/- after that i have activated my tv using mobile app, but still i am not able to watch any premium content on zee5 app on webos tv, sent mail to their support team but only i received is the ticket number 171436, no updates after that even after following up.
                                          Not only on customer care email i have also tweeted tagging their official twitter handle but zee5 support team is completely careless and don’t give a damn to their subscriber complaints, i am feeling like i have just wasted my hard earned money on zee5.
                                          I have recharged the 999 annual subscription for zee5 through zee5 website, which show there is 50% casback, if payment is made online,
                                          Hence i made a purchase through paytm, however there is no cashback til now,

                                          the zee5 website still display the casback, i have been cheated by zee5 and paytm

                                            I have already paid for premium account of rs99 of 1 month via paytm account and my amount is also deducted from my account though i can't have activation of that and still application gives me notification for take the subscription.

                                            I have also order id and details in paytm.
                                            If there is need of it then i'll send that to you.

                                            So kindly activate my subscription or give my 99rs refund back.

                                              I made a payment of rs.99 for zee5 subscription for 2 months. The money got deducted from my account through billdkzeeentertainme via netbanking. But it hasn't got activated yet. This is such a poor service. I see many similar complaints here and its a really shame for a big company like zee to continue this kind of poor service. As in my case, i would like to activate my subscription as soon as possible.

                                                    On 22july 2018: i want to get the subscription for one year and while doing so its got failed and the same mobile number was not working when i retried the same again. Thus, instantly as it was got failed the subscription, i did my subscription for one year (By paying 499/- by paytm) through logging in by my alternate mobile number '+91-[protected]' immediately. But after one day (I. E on 23 july 2018) zee5 team came up with the subscription recharging saying that due to some technical error that got failed and now we solved it and your subscription has done and valid for one year from now (I. E. 23 july 2018). Whereas i dont really need this subscription once again as duplication. So requested them to cancel this subscription and refund the amount to my original payment mode asap.

                                                    But so far they only created the ticket (Ticket no. 84518) and asked for uid and transaction details, after providing the same from my end i dont see any progress towards resolution and closing the ticket. Please help.

                                                    I subscribe the zee 5 app and vidros and movie not play
                                                    I paid for premium subscription through paytm this morning. I have taken 99 rs plan which is of 2 months duration. Payment was successful still m unable to access the premium shows on zee5 app. Look after it immediately.

                                                    I've paid the ₹99 two months subscription amount. And yet the application is giving me no premium service. Please look into it. Or give me my money back.

                                                    I paid ninety-nine rupees for subscribing to All Access Pack on ZEE5. ninety-nine rupees is debited my account but subscription did not complete.

                                                      Zee digital received payment of rs.99 today through my credit card but did not connect me to view zee bangla tv programme.
                                                      Zee5 sent also a phone number confirmation code 3579 but not access to zee bangla tv.

                                                      On 12th. June, i wanted to download the app by which i could view zee bangla tv programme in my mobile phone. This request was accepted and a payment for one month viewing of rs.99 through credit card was made. Zee 5 acknowledged the payment by sending a phone confirmation code 3579.
                                                      But no app available!
                                                      I have paid 99 rupees for premium show but not able to watch it's still showing activat the plan please help me why its happening
                                                      I have subscribed for zee 5 app channel on my mobile for rs 499 for a year, through debit card.But it says, not subscribed. Please see to it. And do the needful at the earliest.

                                                      Else let me please know how the amount will be refunded.If not how should I further proceed regarding this complaint.
