Subscription Charges
Initially, I had made purchase of 99 subscription pack. Later I opted for yearly pack. I just have one active subscription now. THEN WHY YOU GUYS ARE DeDUCTING 99 EVERY MONTH even though I dont have that subscriptiojn now.

App doesnt work on all TVs - ZEE5 doesnt refund Subscription

We purchased a Premium Subscription and made an annual payment. Post subscription, we realized that all movies that we intended to view do not play on the Samsung TV (Quantum Dot) we have. Upon raising the issue with the customer care, we receive an email stating that the technical team is working on the solution but cannot commit on time they would take to resolve the query. Till such they advise we should view this on any other device like a mobile or laptop or any other device where the app works!!! ROFL. Anguished also.
Upon requesting them to cancel the subscription, they deny cancellation and say the app works on other devices and hence its not their issue but ours! Other Devices! When it doesnt work on a TV, who cares which device it works. Its meant for TV viewing not any other device viewing. Nonsense.
Its pathetic that for 700 Rs they get back with these kind of reasons. When all other apps like PRIME or Hotstar or NETFLIX etc work really well, ZEE5 has issues and there is no refund policy.
Through this platform I would like to let subscribers know - NEVER EVER LOOK AT ZEE5 NO MATTER WHAT! TV MANUFACTURERS PLS BLOCK ZEE5 from downloading and viewing as this affecting your brand as well. BETTER BAN IT.

I made a payment on 16th Oct'2020 of INR 999 however it does not reflect in the Zee5 account. Have made multiple complaints however no solution until now. Please check and help. I am not able to view any subscription content. number of attempts made to contact the help centre team for last 5 days but they dont come up with solution. neither they refund my money

Refund of subscription
I took a subscription on October 13, 2020 for six months through online paying through credit card in British Pound. When I open the website (https://www.zee5.com/global/myaccount/subscription) it took me directly and paid requisite amount. The subscription works for only one day, next day it stopped. I contacted them through email and they advised me that I have to subscribe from my local location (Kuwait) and this amount can't be refunded! When I try again, it take me to same website and asking payment in British Pound. I have contacted them repeatedly and getting different message, once they said you take one more subscription from your local area than only we will refund and sometimes they it can't be refunded at all its their company policy. I am sick and tired and feel humiliated, insulted and dejected. This kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour should be strongly punished

Complaint raised that my account is compromised and I am unable to login
Zee5 team mentioned that we have shared the details to another zee5 team and will come back once update from the other team is available.
I have shared my bank statement from which i paid for annual subscription, My userid and mobile no.
I was able to login in the first 10 days upon payment of annual subscription INR 699 and then suddenly my account status is guest and i cant login any further with my user details.
I have no actionable updates until now, its over a month now from the date of complaint

Failed transaction but no refund

Hello,
I made a transaction of ₹699 on zee5 on september 2nd 2020 @ 8:52pm through my sbi netbanking account but it failed on zee5's side. Then i tried again with amazon pay and it was successful.
Now when i contacted them to refund the initial transaction of ₹699 via sbi they denied it and said to contact bank.
I emailed my bank branch and customer care and they said that transaction was successful and money was transferred to zee5's account. Even after providing this information to zee5 they are denying the refund.

Payment Deduction
I have taken subscription for only 1 month in July and today I have cancelled my subscription too as the contents in ZEE5 were not good.
So I need my amount back to be refunded as there was no intimation from Zee5 that this payment is recurring and will happen everytime.
Also there was no prior intimation from ZEE5 about the payment deduction and subscription continuation on which ZEE5 should start working

Zee5 is continuously getting reloaded
From yesterday[protected], all other apps on tv are running smoothly like netflix, prime, hotstar, youtube but only zee5 is keeping on reloading

I am a subscriber of zee5, in may i have started a subscription for one month of zee5, because i was in isolation due to direct contact with covid 19 positive.
I have made payment for this with the credit card of my friend because i don't have credit cards and debit cards, because all my documents and cards are in my office.
This month i have not requested for subscription, but today on 01/07/2020...
I am a subscriber of zee5, in may i have started a subscription for one month of zee5, because i was in isolation due to direct contact with covid 19 positive.

Actually I have taken subscription on April 7th 2020 and amount of Rs.499 from Amazon pay.
Details of refund they have shared doesn't match with my details and I have confirmed from Amazon pay that this acc belongs to acc named aditya. And this refund initiation process started on Nov 2019 but I have taken subscription on April 7th. So my refund has to be processed and no proper answering

I subscribed today for 99 rs pack. The amount got debited but it still is not subscribed.
The app is hanging and not showing anything. I tried through phone but same thing. It’s asking me to recharge again. The app is just so pathetic.

Complaint about Zee5 premium subscription

Hello,
I had claimed the offer through Airtel Thanks application for Zee5 premium subscription and it got successfully activated over there in airtel thanks app. But I didn’t receive any confirmation for that on my Airtel mobile/registered email ID. When i tried to login with the registered credentials into Zee5 app, the premium subscription was not working.
I had tried to contact Zee5 help and support team several times but got no help from there. As a platinum postpaid customer of Airtel I am eligible to get the free offer of Zee5 premium subscription. I had contacted Airtel support team for this issue and they suggested me that Zee5 premium subscription is activated from Airtel end, but there is some issue at Zee5 applications end, they told me to contact Zee5 support team and given me customer id for the activation. And this customer id, I have sent it to Zee5 support team over email multiple times.
I had sent around 25-30 emails to their help and support team for resolving my Zee5 premium subscription issue in last 10-12 days, but i think they are just ignoring my emails, although they asked for activated customer ID for my account activation of Zee5 through Airtel, and I gave them everything even With the screenshots they asked for but still they haven’t resolved my issue. Whatever the way was possible to contact Zee5 support team, i tried every way. There were plenty numbers of tickets I am having in reference to my issue that I raised to the Zee5 support team but eventually nothing got work out.
I humbly request the concerned team to kindly escalate this issue and try to resolve my issue ASAP regarding the same.

Zee5 subscription auto renewal
It is totally a security breach that keeps ongoing.
Initially I brought 99\- of subscription for 30 days.
But Zee5 can't just renew my subscription for the next 30 days without any prior notice or without any secure payment transactions.
Just bcoz I gave debit card details while paying first-ever payment online, it doesn't mean that company should save those and use it for auto-renewal that too without any OTP generated for payment and without any authentication from the customer side.
This is totally cheap behavior and being such a big media entertainer, the channel should maintain some ethics on customer permissions and interests.

Not able to use service but money keep deducted

When I first download the app, I reported the issue to their support that I can't play the video because of some error. They didn't resolved my issue then I asked them to refund my money and cancel the subscription but they did nothing.
Now again money got deducted for next subscription.

I have taken 99rs pack subscriptions in April and same amount deducted that time but today again zee5 deducted 99rs where renewal date is on 23rd May 2020.

Android App for Streaming
I choose plan of Rs. 99 and paid through credit card. I received notification of payment successful and money was deducted from my account. But still my subscription is not active and in app it shows no active plans in my subscription. There is no provision to to cancel the subscription as well and money is getting deducted monthly from my account. Basically paying for zero service. Please cancel my subscription and/or pay me refund.
