Zee5 — Failed transaction but no refund | |||||
Hello, I made a transaction of ₹699 on zee5 on september 2nd 2020 @ 8:52pm through my sbi netbanking account but it failed on zee5's side. Then i tried again with amazon pay and it was successful. Now when i contacted them to refund the initial transaction of ₹699 via sbi they denied it and said to contact bank. I emailed my bank branch and customer care and they said that transaction was successful and money was transferred to zee5's account. Even after providing this information to zee5 they are denying the refund.
