Zee5 — My Subscription auto renewal issue | |
Zee5 Support team had issued a ticket no. 1384005 for my complain on 29th November 2020. All I have the source to connect with the Zee5 team is their mail id which is support.[protected]@zee5.com In the app my account is subscribed as[protected]. For more than a year my registered SBI Credit Card is being debited with monthly subscription amount Rs. 99 but my account says it is not subscribed. I had complained the Zee5 support team to cancel the auto debit for monthly subscription and for the same Zee5 support team had issued a Ticket which is mentioned above but the issue is still not resolved. I want refund of the debited amount and de-register my credit card from their auto debit system. Was this information helpful? | |
