Hi,
This is in regards to the payment of Rs.599 done from paytm account 22nd April. First it showed failed & cz of which I paid through my credit card once the payment has been deducted from the credit card and in the mean time the PREVIOUS payment which was done through paytm was also got through (successfully paid).
Amount got deducted from both the modes.
Kindly take necessary action and lemme know how and when could I get my refund. Further details are mentioned below:

        We would like to report to you a complaint bought to us in Tobacco Monitor on a movie called “Veeramae vagai soodum” directed by Thu pa Saravanan.This movie was produced by Actor Vishal;Vishal film factory.This movie contains a lot of smoking scene by the actor and also supporting actors in this film .This film is also released in Zee5 OTT Platform.The following violation are need to be considered
        According to G.S.R 786(E) and G.S.R 708(E), The movie does not contain any-anti-tobacco health spots or messages of minimum thirty seconds duration each in the beginning and in between the movie .Smoking scenes were screened without anti-tobacco health warning messages.Such activities can influence young generation to fall into the ill of tobacco products.It is always known that children and youth tend to get inspired by the smoking scenes in the movie
        Therefore, the movie has violated section 5 of COTPA 2003, film rules, G.S.R 786(E) and G.S.R 708(E).Herewith, we kindly request you to take necessary action against the violators, and remove the movie from the OTT platform.

          Hi,

          I have subscribed to zee5 using my mobile number during first week of January and subscribed using my email id again by mistake on Jan 29th. I want one of the subscription to be cancelled. I have already submitted a ticket# 2269739 on Jan 29th. But not received any reply so far.

          Please expedite and resolve the issue at the earliest.

            I had purchased zee 5 pack five months ago but its not playing on tv several times i had complained to zee but no one solved the issue what a bad experience i am having withh zee its worst app compared to netflix and amazon prime please kindly solve the matter otherwise refund me the payment.

              We take zee5 to see zee tv shows one day before..and they are fooling us ...they does not upload ep one day before then what is the benefit of that subcription

                    Mithai is the bengal topper serial of zee bangla. The problem is, zee5 app released episode "one day before " telecasting tv and thats why different fb pages and youtube channel upload mithai serial through screen recording system, they have million million views which effect on trp.. . next week maybe mithai will not be bengal topper so please stop screen recording system and please upload serial in app before 2/3 hour ago of telecasting tv...not 24 hours ago...and please release promo of mithai in every week...

                      Despite cancelling ZEE5 subscription which I made while I was in UAE in July and August 2021, I still find the amount being debitted to me at the rate of 18.99 per month. The app is not providing any confirmation to us when we unsubscribe on android phone. Neither there is any SMS.
                      As I shifted to India, I can not use it and hence unsubscribed
                      The company is requested to
                      1. Refund my money for July and August 2021 @ 18.99 per month
                      2. Set the mobile app of ZEE5 properly so that people are not put to inconvenience.

                        I have an active zee5 semi-annual subscription till December 2021. Recently I received 1 year zee5 promo code from Flipkart but it has limited validity, so I had to redeem it in time, so I redeemed the code using the zee5 mobile app. But zee5 immediately activated the promo code and now I have 2 active zee5 subscriptions (In other words I am paying a double charge for almost 5 months).

                        Please fix this issue and allow me to activate my subscription whenever I want or at least activate it when my current subscription expires.

                          Availed zee 5 premium subscription on 27/7/2021. I paid an amount of rs. 499 as a subscription fee for one year. The said amount was paid through UNION BANK OF INDIA.. The screen shot of the payment details is attached.

                          After a while i even complained about this I WRITE TO US". No response is received There is no phone number or toll free service.

                          Despite the payment, i am still not able to access the premium content in zee 5. The screen shot is attached.

                                      My zee5 app is not working properly. Every time I am opening the app, it's just showing 'usage policy' and even after taping on 'apply' it's not working. Nothing is opening. It's just showing it again and again. My premium subscription is of no use.

                                          I purchased zee5 combo pack of Radhe movie+ 1 year subscription.

                                                      In response to your advertisement, I have subscribed on 01/03/2021 by making payment of Rs.499/- through Amazon Pay Account. You have also sent an email at my address rama.p.[protected]@gmail.com confirming the same and advising also next renewal date as 01/03/2022. But, unfortunately, I am not being allowed to log in the site from any device . I do not also know my actual ID for log in and password also appears to be not being set so far. Please look into the seriously and advise me suitably after due updating my profile particulars at your end so that I would not face further any problem to log in from any of selected 5 devices as per your arrangement Please treat the matter as extremely urgent.

                                                        I have installed zee5 app for monthly subscription and used the services for a month. I have cancelled my subscription right after a month however they are charging me the amount every month without using the services. I have tried everything possible but their merchant have been charging me the said amount every month. I have sent multiple emails & contacted Zee5 customer services as well but no positive response from their end. I have been getting responses in order to cancel subscription which does not support on the Zee5 app. Request you to please help as the amount charged is unethical way.
                                                        There is no option to cancel auto renewal after free trail is over.
                                                        Before expiry of free trial I paid inr 99 for monthly subscription, but they still charged my credit card with inr 499.
                                                        My monthly plan of 99 is active and I am charged for additional amount of rs 499 unethically

                                                          The zee 5 subscription promises episodes before the day of telecast on TV but on 3 out of 6 days the episodes are uploaded late and sometimes even on the next day. Please look into the matter.
