Zee5 — zee5 app for samsung tizen os | |||
On 7 aug, 2019 i raised an issue that my samsung tizen os zee5 app is not opening and showing error "sorry, something went wrong, please try again". I raised the issue here and in fb messenger as well. I provided my credentials and after a week i was asked to reinstall the app as it was fixed. It worked for few days, but again the same problem is appearing. I reinstalled the app, but that didn't help. I get so many issues in this zee5 app, whereas these kinda issues do not happen with apps like netflix, amazon prime, hotstar, etc. Could you resolve this at the earliest? Zee5 app has so many different different issues, so many times i had to contact cust service. They do not respond properly. Earlier they used to response in, at least, fb messenger, but now a days, they have stopped doing that as well. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have paid RS 99/- for Zee5 Premium subscription on 17th October 2019, but still I am unable to watch zee5 premium movies etc.
