Zefo — fridge and wardrobe

I ordered a fridge on 27 july 2020 to be delivered to my new address (Moving house). It was delivered too early, i asked for a delay but was not possible, so it arrived before i could check the product within the 3 days.
I plugged in the fridge and it sounded like it worked. The next morning it was clear that the fridge was blowing hot air not cold. I contacted gozefo immediately via the only option - email. The fridge was sold to be in 'excellent working order'.
I have continued to contact them since then, only receiving automatic emails or telling me that a technician will contact me. This did not happen.
I have emailed numerous times asking for collection of the fridge and a refund. No one answers my emails.
I have since had to buy a second fridge from amazon. This arrived on 12 august 2020. We moved the gozefo fridge to install the new fridge and a dead rat fell out of the back of the fridge - see image below.
I have since contacted gozefo again and again, but no one responds.

I also bought a wardrobe from them. It never turned up. The order has been cancelled, but no refund has been issued. Again, i have been emailing gozefo daily to ask for my money back.

I do not know how to move forward with this and have my money returned and the faulty fridge returned.

I have never come across such an appalling company. You cannot call them and they will not call you. Every email you send takes 48 hours to be responded to, if at all. And the response is unhelpful.
