I purchased a Samsung led television 40 inch from them April 9th 2019.now on may 3rd the whole display led backlight have failed and I am not able to view content l.i contacted them many times and they assured help finally their service vendor contacted me and said he cant repair Samsung television since he doesn't have the expertise.They are completely playing fool after sending me a faulty TV.i am stuck with a faulty tv.please do the needful to recover money from such scamsters
