I had purchased an led from "zefo". At the time of buying they made an invoice with my personal name, but i wanted to purchase this for my hotel, so i wanted the billing details with my company name and my gst details on it so i asked them to change the invoice with my company name and they promised me that after delivery and paying the full payment they will create the final billing with my company name and gst details. But after paying the full amount of 29999 and then contacting them they refused to create the new invoice moreover they didn't provide any service for the led. I have got all the proofs for the support of my complaint i. E. All the recorded conversations and complaints about service. Please resolve my issue so that no other consumer can face such harrassment from these fraud startup companies like zefo

    Hi,

    I have been asking for service since 11 Aug, where I produced the warranty letter(issued for 1 year) which is valid till 4 Sep, 2019.Initially they didn't accept it stating warranty is till 6 months.[Means they were not accepting the warranty issued by their own company].Adding to that they dont have common sense to go through mail trail before replying, they were still saying warranty has expired.Also they were asking for photo of defects not specifying the same in mail, I got to know that after talking to customer service.Do the customer needs to interpret what they have not mentioned??????.Later some day later I got a call from their technician who said the pickup would be done on Tuesday, 27/08/2019 and same was confirmed by customer service in the mail that I will get a call by end of same day.Then I talked to technician and he said I'll be getting a call within 15 mins and also he was saying it's not his job.But still I believed him as I was fedup of customer service false commitments. I was waiting...parking very important work, but as usual no response. .Finally I send out a message to Mr.Arjit Gupta(Founder) stating the issues as I was left with no other options.Even I apologized using this FORUM since there was no positive response otherwise.But that didnt get any positive either. Today 28/08/2019 I had a talk with customer service which infact cemented my beliefs that I was trying in vain. The customer executive had no idea on updates(either updates didn't happen from other teams or she didn't went through the updates). My query do they follow old file systems where user has to do manual updates????
    1.Do they have coordination issues where customer knows more than them?
    2.Customer has warranty issued by the team and they are not aware of that?
    3.Will they sort out why warranty was issued for 1 year then they come to customer. This is the serious concern ...
    Now I expect the least from them, but if anyways someone can give me the address of Arjit Gupta and if it's feasible for me, I'll try to ship this product to him expecting he might get a service!!!
    As of now they are just eating my time.Because of them I couldn't attend a very important work. This is a ### service . They are fooling customers...17 days and still going on...
    I regret buying from GoZefo.Most pathetic service ever heard of ...

      I took Electrolux Washing Machine from GoZefo on 12th Aug which was gently used as per product details. First, water was not going into spinner and continuously going inside the machine and coming out from bottom. So, I filed a complaint that this is the issue and it's been hardly a week and am using it for first time. They said that sir, we will send technician and he will fix it rather than saying anything for replacement or return. Their technician came and fixed above issue and now water is going into spinner, Great!. Now, slowly water is getting drained out from washer unit even though drain option is not selected. Again, I filed a complaint and they said the same thing "sir our technician will come and fix it". What the hell is this, when are you selling something, why don't you check every function! Now, if daily I am finding some issue then you will be sending your technician to my place. This is not fair. I request everyone, not to buy anything from GoZefo instead put some more money and buy brand new item but don't go with hope that GoZefo is there and will be selling good refurbished goods. I want to return this washing machine but no one is listening as sole purpose of Washing Machine is to store water and wash clothes. I have attached video of water getting drained.

        Writing in interest of your awareness about where your buy your kitchen / household appliances:

        Zefo / gozefo is a bangalore based startup focusing in to selling unboxed as well as used furniture and appliances. They sell factory seconds, which are new goods with minor defects at low prices as well as decently and well used good. They claim that their process involves a complete inspection and ensure quality standards before they source the product. Then the appliance is put through testing and quality checks. Only then they upload detailed pictures of the product for sale and claim to be 100% transparent with the buyers i. E. We buy what we see. What makes the whole experience sweeter? Well you get great products at as cheap as 50% of the market value and there are buy back guarantees. They even give warranties for 6 months for well used products sold from their platform.

        Anyone reading this must be thinking, how amazing is this? Let’s jump on to their website / warehouse and buy something immediately, right?

        Well let me break the myth for you. What my friend and i going through with the experience at zefo / gozefo is nothing less than torture. Learning this to be too good to be true, we placed an order for a well-used refrigerator via order # 262363 on 26th january 2019. Excited like a child we ripped in to the same only to realize that the happiness of getting this sweet deal will crash in just 15 days. After constant complaints / repairs on the said refrigerator and lot of pestering, they finally accepted the default product and took a return via return id 813779 asking us to order for another refrigerator. Giving them the benefit of doubt, we went ahead and placed an order for a smaller well used refrigerator at a greater value hoping for the right product and were we wrong? We got the new refrigerator via order # 268754 on 25th february 2019 (Imagine the frustration in not even a month’s time). Like before, initially it worked fine. To our happiness it managed to work fine for the first three months and then again all hell broke loose on us. The refrigerator broke down again. Let me tell you the customer service executives are smart, they give you’re their personal numbers asking you to reach out to them directly in case of any issue, that way your official lodging of the complaint gets avoided giving zefo / gozefo a leeway. However, after multiple visits of the servicemen the refrigerator just does not perform. When a strong complaint was lodge to them via complain number 45408 on 21st june 2019 the repairmen came in and spent hours find the solution of youtube and fixing the same but of no help. Every time they resolved the matter the refrigerator broke down in the next 24-48 hours. They don’t care if your vegetables, fruits, milk, curd and other food items get destroyed. Having requested them multiple times for either the right repair / refund they came out with a new trick day before yesterday. The service engineer ingeniously found a way to blame us for the under performance of the product. He figured out that the stabilizer was not working fine and it’s the fault of our electricity. I explained them multiple times that we have huge appliances like air conditioners, otg, washing machine, etc running on the line without any issues but of no use. They wanted an excuse to dump the faulty product on us and they did just that. After all this harassment, financial loss and suffering today’s (26th july 2019) conversation with them via ticket id [protected] was a shocker. They would like to buyback the product at 50% of the rate we bought at.

        So in short, they first sell a defective product and then replace it with another defective product, then ask their ground staff to ensure that complaints are not lodge via official channels, then if not able to fix the product at the frustration of the client blame the same on the customer, refund half the amount and then probably resell the defective product to another customer letting the vicious cycle go on.

        I urge everyone reading this post / message to avoid buying anything from zefo / gozefo as you will only be cheated and made frustrated. Make your friends, colleagues, relatives, acquaintances aware of this platform and help them avoid falling in to a trap. They have no value for your hard earned money, your time and your patience.

          I purchased a Samsung led television 40 inch from them April 9th 2019.now on may 3rd the whole display led backlight have failed and I am not able to view content l.i contacted them many times and they assured help finally their service vendor contacted me and said he cant repair Samsung television since he doesn't have the expertise.They are completely playing fool after sending me a faulty TV.i am stuck with a faulty tv.please do the needful...

          I am writing this complain about gozefo aur zefo company due to customer harassment mental harassment. This is a fraud company. We have ordered a fridge from there which was delivered in a pathetic condition when we have ask them to replace it with other product they took more than two weeks to replace the item with the same old pathetic item. Replaced item was still pathetic and therefore we don't want any more replacement for that therefore we requested them to return the item and refund our amount. They said that they have initiated the request for refund but now it's more than one month we haven't received a refund and they have blocked are numbers so that we cannot contact them. This is customer harassment. What kind of service are they providing to their customers. Please do not purchase any item from gozefo company this is a fraud company they have cheated us

            Purchased a queen size bed from zefo few months back and the product was delivered to me within few days, the quality was not that good but i was okay with it but few days back the ply of my bed broke. Contacted the zefo customer care multiple times but still nobody has arrived to provide help even though the product is under warranty, they keep on making excuses. Really fed up of their service, just imagine you dont have a bed to sleep on after day long work and the company from whom you purchased the item is not at all ready to help you out. Just want to sue them, if there is any way that i can do it please let me know

              I sold my queen bed to zefo and first inspection was scheduled on 26th march but it didn't happen and later inspection was done on 28th march.
              Later pickup was scheduled on 30th march and i clearly informed zefo team that i am vacating the house and the pickup needs to be completed positively on 30th as otherwise i will not have any other option to sell the bed and will lose the amount and i was assured by zefo team that it will happen without fail before 6 pm.

              I didn't get any details of the pickup person until 4 pm and hence called zefo again and i was told that the pick will happen and the executive also told me the she is not able to reach the delivery person as his phone is not reachable so zefo will also contact me within 30 minutes and pick up will happen.
              Later i did not get any call from zefo and even their number was not working post 5 pm and also email sent to [protected]@gozefo.com were not delivered.

              I lost my rs 6000 + 3000 (Voucher) and had to leave the bed without getting any return for the same.

                Booked brand new sofa on holi day offer from zefo online furniture. Order i'd : 272708. But delivered used product with many damages around and dusty cloth. Very bad experience from zefo.

                How can before break the trust of customers even after paying hefty amount as a prebooking.

                Lot of time and interest is wasted. I want to raise a serious complaint and treat this as cheating case.

                    I bought a google pixel phone from gozefo for 29000/- i'm april 2018 and just in nine months it stopped working... I've been writing to them. And even tried calling them but they never respond
                    Please don't buy anything from gozefo it's a waste of money.
                    It's better you spend little more money and buy products from store or other e com but never go for gozefo i[censored] value your money.
                    They delayed the delivery and delivered a defective product.
                    Now upon request of asking to fix the product they are saying that they will not fix but take back the product after 4 days and return the money after 10 days.
                    Chair leg is broken. Before also one chair was broken and we raised the complaint. It was rectified by your executive. Now other one is broken. Quality of wood is bad.

                        These are the looters of today. You won't find any good product here. Every product i have purchased from here has been a bad deal. The last product i bought was an unboxed sofa. I had doubts in mind about its durability initially but i tried the product thinking their guaranteed buyback is there, but they rejected it on the clause that the product should in the same condition as delivered. It had damages from side and i was ready to pay for that, but they just disagreed.in frustration i asked them to close my account and stop all communications. They said they don't have any such provision.

                          I purchase 5 product from zefo and now realize that it's my biggest mistake I ever done

                          One washing machine not working, motor issue
                          One Refrigerator mark as damage and not delivered even after advance payment
                          One TV even not delivered after 8 days
                          Two king size bad installation not proper.

                          I m continues in follow up with the guys of zefo and requested from to deliver my product many time but still the response is zero.
                          Are you guys have using this platform to harass the customer.
                          It's really very painful to discuss again and again for same work. Will never recommend to buy any product from here.

                            Facts of the case:

                            1. On 28th of april 2018, i had sold my product to gozefo and they have credited that money to my zefowallet instead of transferring to bank account. Also a mail was sent by them on the very same dat to me stating that the money is credited and can be used for placing orders in future. No validity period o[censored]sing the amount is mentioned in the email.

                            2. On 28th of april 2018, i connect over call to zefo customer care to know about the validity of the credit amount and was informed it is valid till 2021. I bought their statement on face value thinking its like any other e-wallet. (The call records can be fetched from zefo database considering they claim to record all calls for training purposes.)

                            3. However, on december 30, 2018, when i was trying to place an order in zefo, the wallet shows the credit points have expired. I have received no sms or email from them intimating me that the credit points are due to expire. The zefo team spams my mail and inbox with unnecessary floods of texts and mails but however never emailed me on credit points expiry from which we can get to confirm their malafide intention.

                            4. I am disturbed to see that zefo is run by few very uneducated and financial norms illiterate people who do not know that credit points are like cash in the form of e-wallet. It cannot have an expiry date at the whims and fancies of the zefo.

                            5. This is to inform you that this wallet money is mine as i sold my product to gozefo, how they can do like this. If it is gifted balance its fine to expiry, but not the credit points for sale. How zefo can cheat with me like this. There is no way credit points availed in lieu of cash can expire. Does a creditor become free from liability to pay the debtor if the cheque handed over to the debtor becomes obsolete due to expiry of validity period of the cheque? No, only thing is a fresh cheque is issued instead by the creditor. Even iepf and rbi mandates having a 7 year validity before elapsing of rights so i am sure zefo is intentionally cheating me of my due amount.

                            6. These gozefo company is cheating with customer and taking product from custumer and they are not transferring the money, after taking product they are sending to zefo wallet, few days after if you will see that money has expired.

                            I called so many times to zefo people and given complaint to them and they are not listing at all.

                            Request you to please take action on this and ask them to refund my amount vide cash in my bank account

                              I have purchased tv from gozefo and within 3 months it started giving problems. Zefo service team took the delivery and told me that motherboard is damaged and they have replaced it. They never mentioned whether they have replaced it with original product or duplicate. After three months again my tv started giving me problems and again they took the delivery. This time also they took the tv but not disclosing what went wrong. Its been already 2 weeks and i havent received any resolutions.

                                Hello Sir,

                                This online company Zefo sell old used product, i pirchased several products from them out of which i returned one product, delivery boy told me will refund amount in your zefo wallat and it is completed.

                                After few months company has exipired my 3050 rs from my wallat, where nothing mentioned that this amount valid for 6months only.

                                  My name is sreenija sreenivas. I have purchased a queen sized bed with warranty and buybackguarantee in chennai. When i called for buybackguarantee, the company has informed that they were sorry as they stopped services in chennai due to some marketing problem they are facing in chennai which is not my problem. Atleast they should be answerable to the people who bought before they stopped it.

                                      I have purchased 43" TCL Smart Tv from gozefo (ord ID 191767), was facing some display related issue so I initiated replacement as I have purchased 1 year extended warranty and I booked another TV from them as a replacement, before bringing new TV 1 technitian came to check and said it is our fault u book new TV will replace this, zefo people (Ismail) came with new TV (ord ID 236558) they did installation, packed old 1 and took it to their vehicle. I received confirmation as well that replacement and New TV installation done but after 10 minutes they came back and argued that we cant take your old TV as panel is damage (which is already checked by their technitian and delivery boys), They were not ready to accept, I called up their customer care several time but no respond, ultimately they took the new TV and returened faulty product. I have no idea why they charging in the name of extended warranty if they won't provide any. Please help.
