Ordered sofa on 17th oct 2020 order ID 327744. Supposed be received by 31st Oct 2020. Got call around 24th Oct that they are dispatching sofa from Bangalore and I will receive within 10 working days. On 30th Oct received message from their delivery partner that delivery has been scheduled. Received message on 31st Oct that sofa will be delivered today by 7 pm. Status changed to Delivered in the evening but I did not receive it. They provided customer care number which does not exist when dial and delivery person name Shoaib and his number. He is declining my all calls and even after reading whatsApp messages he is not responding. Dropped an email to zefo regarding same but their response time 2 business days.

    Zero is the most pathetic e- commerce company I have had an experience with. I order stuff of around 25k out of which nearly half of it is broken or defective. Even after following up with customer care etc. There has been no response till date and it has been 3 weeks. I am going to lodge a police complaint at the nearest police station in bangalore limits and see to it that these people go to jail. My order no is 327167...

    I have booked wardrobe from go zefo and person was going to come for installation 5 days ago but yet no one has turned out. I have tried contacting various people but one is responding properly.
    Please get my query sorted out ASAP or else will have to file a police complaint for fraud.

      Buyback of my Order No. 254165 was initiated on 3/10/2020.It is deplorable the way things have been handled since then with only false assurances to looking into my order.

        Hi, I have placed an order in September and the product had got delivered much delyed than the date given. Even that was still ok but the product delivered was not the one I ordered. I have been trying to contact them in every forum writing email every day but there hasn't been a response so far. There is no way we can even reach them over call. They aare too negligent and been cheating people by sending wrong products....

            We ordered an office chair (Albert 2 axis adjustable office chair, un-boxed piece, order id: 325582) which was listed as an unboxed product with minor damages. However, when delivered, the product was missing a piece in one of the wheels. We tried to reach the customer care immediately. But the call was not getting connected. Consequently, a detailed mail mentioning the issue and attaching the photographs showing the missing part was immediately mailed. However, no response call was received even after two business days (As promised in the reply mail). Also, none of the customer care numbers are responding and we are not able to get any repair or return for the faulty product.

              Fraud companythey give you time and then they are no where to be found... Fraud looters thievesthere are no numbers so that you can call them, they cut your pocket at the time of shopping, no tracking info, email time frame 24- 48 hours but no reply either... Frauds sitting and taking out our money and not fulfilling the delivery time frame. They charge you giving the date of delivery and then the product never arrives. After stealing your money they have not kept a single option to contact them they are calling me every alternative day but still the bed is showing as unscheduled. what the hell is happening

                I placed an order on zefo on 11th sept. Same day at around 1pm o received a call saying that the product is ready for delivery. I asked the person who called me to postpone it to monday as i was busy in office during that time and i didn't have off on saturday and sunday.                 On 26 August they taken back my fridge and still I am struggling for refund.it took two month for pick and again leaving all work side I am following for refund.

                    I ordered a jbl blurtooth speaker fm zefo on 29th aug and it was scheduled to be delivered on 2nd september. But till now they didn't even called me. I did so many complaints to them but all in vein. I already have paid the amount of rs2399 online. Kindly help me out.

                      zefo-installation and delivery and no installation, horrible experience

                      I have placed my order on 28th august, 2020. The order consists of following items:
                      1. Sofa set
                      2. Queen size bed
                      3. Dining set
                      4. Queen size mattress

                      3 items (Except sofa set) got delivered to us on 29th august. But after that no update about installation and delivery of sofa. Customer care number of no use, no one picks and it says to send mail to [protected]@gozefo.com....

                      Ticket No:[protected] has been raised 2 to 3 days back, for assembly of the wardrobe that is delivered. Still nobody is bothered about attending it for installation and replying to my mails.
                      I want to return the dismantled wardrobe so that atleast I will get my money back and can clear this huge space at home

                            Damaged goods delivered to my place. The delivery people swore up and down that the furniture will be repaired and since then no sign of any customer support.

                            Whatsapp - messages go unanswered on their official number
                            Email - Got automated reply, no follow up even after 3 days
                            Phone - Automated voice recording to email them

                            No FAQs or help section on their website about what steps to take if damaged goods are delivered.
