Hi team,
We had taken a 2bhk flat on rent from zenify in april 2015 and made a deposit of rs.1.08 lac.
Zenify is a private firm which takes home from owner and then rent out.
We have vacated the flat on feb 2018 (They wanted us to vacate as agreement between owner and zenify was ended) post that they should have given us our security deposit back after some deduction which we had agreed on like coloring charges and pending rent if any.
They wanted to return our deposit in two installment, so the first installment was around 29k after 20 days and then they have deducted our all remaining money for cleaning and what not which was already in the same state when we had moved in.
We have been following with this company since feb'18 and still they have not give us the remaining deposit yet. Was this information helpful? |
