Zenify — advance deposit not returned, no response from leasing company

Problem:
Apartment address: i lived in shriram samruddhi apartments, varthur road, thubarahalli, bangalore
Company: city synapse aka zenify
On behalf of my owner rohit jain, city synapse aka zenify, represented and i signed in a lease. I stayed for 2 years until 6 feb 2019.
Vacated on 4th feb and handed over keys on 6th feb. As per agreement, i'm supposed to get part of my advance deposit (Excl 2mths rent) withing 3 working days. I had paid 1, 59, 000 as advance. I owe them rent for 6 days. So, should be getting back 1, 50000 rs at least.
In jan 2019, i got a mail from them that their company was getting acquired by nestaway.
All their phone numbers stopped working. Even if i call back the same number they called from, it will go as disconnected.
From nestaway, they had provided 1 number. Even that was not working for 10 days.
Anand. [protected]@nestaway.com sent me a mail that i need to pay to nestaway.
[protected]@zenify.in sent me a bill with multiple issues, even though i had submitted the house in very good condition. They asked me to pay 65000 for repairs. When i wrote back to them that i'll fix the place, no one responded. There is no phone number to reach them.
None of my mails are getting responded.

Solution:
Can someone help me fix this and get back my money?

Should i go to the court?

As this is also acquired by nestaway, i'm lodging a complaint on them as well.

Hello zenify / rohit,
I'm shocked to see this report. I was provided a move in report and that was not shared with the person who did the inspection.
How and against what are you validating the issues you have reported?

I had asked for the move out formalities. You did not give me any instructions at that time. If you had told me that you will be inspecting based on these, i would have been prepared for that.

Also, i still haven't received the advance deposit until date, even though your agreement states 3 days within handing over the keys.

Several things were not working when we moved in and most of it were given in writing to you and the owner, some were also marked in the move in report. Most of the things were as is when i moved in. Please see inline in the mail below, for my comments. I need clarification on some items, cause they were working.

This apartment had seepage issue for 1 and half years from the toilet above. No one took any action on that. Finally, i fought and got it resolved.

I can fix all those issues, in 2 days time - mon and tues next week and you can inspect again. Please confirm asap.

I tried calling [protected], not able to reach you, it disconnects after welcome message.

Hi anand,
My last day in the apartment is feb 6th. Can we prepare for closing?
I can handover the keys on 5th or 6th. What are the move out formalities?

Can you please adjust the rent for 6 days in the advance settlement?
When will i get the advance deposit back?
Kindly let me know the final settlement amount.
