I didn't gave them any details. please help me I have cancelled order from other site but they never ask such details they simply refunded my amount to my account. sir please suggest shall lodge police complaint

Sir what is the use of my complaints I have got a call from [protected] at 1620hrs. He was asking my ATM details when I refused to give him he cut the call and the no. Is a fake operator is telling me to check the no. Now at 2015 around again I got call from no. [protected] he heard my complaint and kept the phone in between and when I called back he didn't gave any response and kept the phone and till now phone is switched off please help me

I have not received any call from 2100 hrs the no. They called from is switch off therefore Sir i request you please refund my money to my account
Sir please provide the detail of Zepmart. I have been getting call but my issue is not yet solve and when I call back the no. Is switched off. I believe this company is run by fraud I have lost my money 25, 000/-. Please help me.

      I have ordered Seagate Expansion Desktop 2TB External Hard Drive on 09/11/2015 in zepmart.com directed from junglee.com and paid through paynimo using debit card for Rs. 4, 591. Before the i do the payment i received a maiil from "[protected]@zepmart.com via md-33.webhostbox.net" which is a notification mail about the product and payment to be done is sent to me so i trusted as like flipkart and other e-commerce company and paid for my purchase.

      After the payment i dint receive a single mail or any notification about the order and delivery information so i contacted using the no given in contact us which is [protected] someone attended and asked about order id and he said that order is complete and once shipped you will get the delivery information and on 21/11/2015 you will be receiving your product but after 16/11/2015 the no given for contact is switched off.

      still today in this link "http://www.junglee.com/zepmart/seller/A2O168845PG7K" junglee has the seller's info and many including myself trusted junglee for online product buying, now junglee and paynimo are responsible for this online cheating and sure they ruined their trust because of suppoting zepmart

        I have order the product WD element WDBUZG0010BBK External Hard Drive, model-HDDOOO3, order id-1776 from the online shopping site "zepmart" on date-14/11/2015 and I will payment 3201/- rupees through sbi master card.. zepmart help line no. [protected] was not working. I try from 2 days to contact to know about my order but no respond coming from the email also. i request u to refund my money.

          I have ordered Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus mobile phone on zepmart through junglee.com on date 07/11/2015. Order ID: #511. Its been 16 days but i didnt recieve the order yet and when I am trying to contact on the service number provided, its switched off/not reachable. Raised a request to refund the Rs 5, 860/- back, but there is no reply yet
          product not delivered
          i ordered a mobile at online portal www.zepmart.com (directed through junglee.com) on 05.11.15 against order . Payment made via credit card. This product has not been delivered yet and their contact no. is not reachable. please let us know when i can get the product ordered or reimbursement of payment
          Hi sir/madam,
          How to fight against this fraud company. please help out. atleast junglee.com should take responsibility in tracing these frauds guys and put them behind bars and reimburse back the amount

            Hello,

            I have ordered a Xioami RedMe Note 4G from Zepart.com on 7th November 2015. My order number is #514. I have paid an amount of Rs 8501 through Paynimo. In the website (Zepmart.com) itself they are mentioning that the payment is 100% secure by Paynimo. Also 100 % cash back guarantee also allowed.

            But till now I didn't get the product. When I am trying to call the customer care number [protected], I am getting a response like number is switched off.

            I have reached the website through http://www.junglee.com/zepmart/seller/A2O168845PG7K . Even Junglee also not responding to my mails.

            Here is my order status :-

            Order Date : 07.11.2015

            Zepmart's Address mentioned in the website : 773/ sector 14, gurgaon -122001 Haryana, India.

            Kindly advice me how to move forward. I would like to get my money refunded..

They were asking me about my card number, card expiry date & cvv number. They told me like they need this complete information for the payment verification. I didnt give these details.

            They are again planning to cheat me again..

            Please do the needful as early as possible.

                I placed order in zepmart.com processed through yunglee.com On 14/11/2015 paid an amount of 7500 rs towards lg black led TV .but now the customer care number is switched off and no confirmation sms or mail from the company but money debited from my account
                I have also placed on zepmart.com ad made payment of Rs 9000 fr samsung e5 but no response and product delivery till now

                  what can we do?
                  I purchased lg led TV and paid 7500 rs on Nov 14th but so far no response from zepmart team
                  I also had the same experience. It's a fraud site. Please file a complaint with the Cyber Crime Cell/ Bureau of the Police in your area with all the details. I had filed a complaint with the CCB in my native. They informed me that they will get in touch with TPSL to get the account details of Riddhi Enterprises. They can help in getting the refund only if the account is located in India and the amount is still there. Even if the account is in India, I don't think that money will be there. It would have been already withdrawn. But, if there are many complaints from different parts of the country, those bloody beggars will be traced and put behind the bars. They should not cheat people anymore. One or two complaints are not enough. Those who have been cheated should come forward to file complaints with CCB in their areas at the earliest.
