Zepo Technologies — deficiency in service - fraud - customer harassment

I own a business in delhi.
In the month of september, 2019, i purchased a zmm integration tool for online business building from zepo.in. At the time of purchase, they promised various services and benefits. They even promised a demo/trial service of the product. But no such commitments or promises have been fulfilled by zepo.

I mailed them and even called them countless number of times but they never paid any attention to my grievances rather they started abusing me and ignoring me. I paid roughly 50000 rupees for the product and zepo has not refunded a single penny to me. This startup is owned by nitin purswani, i even tweeted about the same to him but he never replied. This is a fraud startup. I humbly request everyone to never purchase anything from zepo.in.

If this message comes in the way of any authorities then i request them to take strict actions against zepo.in.
