Horrible…. I signed up with zepo on 24 oct 2016 and paid them an additional amount for support package as i was busy that time due to festivals but didnt wanted that to affect my web-store. But to my amazement my store is yet not ready to go live.
I have to send them 3–4 emails to get a reply on something and all they did till now is design some banners and upload the formatted bulk upload sheet i sent them.
Now when i am asking for refund they are denying that as well so i have no other option but to go for a lawsuit…. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone…..
Ps:- i already had a shopify store running which i closed down trusting zepo. Was this information helpful? |
