In June 2025, there was a Promotion to complete 6 transactions and be eligible for a 1500 cash which would be deposited in account as zeptocash by 18 July. This was not done. When contacted this was acknowledged twice and informed that the next date was 24 August. Now when a reminder was sent, they called and informed that I was not eligible and we should have read the Terms and conditions properly. It was acknowledged by Zepto that the Promotion criteria has been fulfilled and the Freecash date also mentioned. Thrice acknowledged. Was this information helpful? |
