My friend recommended me Zepto saying we would get a "zepto wallet cash" after creating an account, and then we can use the cash as a "discount".
That friend got "rupees 40" zepto wallet cash and used it on their first order.
I also installed zepto on 14 September 2024 and "₹100" zepto wallet cash was credited in my zepto account.
And it was written there "valid for next order only"
But I was unable to use that wallet cash during the time of billing
Then I e-mailed zepto about this
And received a reply saying, "As per the new update all the new customer need to place 2 order online only then the wallet will be activated you can use wallet amount".
But they didn't provide that information on their application
I was browsing zepto to find what I want to order but after 3days
The wallet cash expired
The expiry date mentioned their was "14 September 2025"
But still it expired in 3 days
As a consumer, I can't really trust in Zepto as they only give misleading information about their discount and coupons to lure customer in.
Mentioning the expiry date of coupon was worthless if it was bound to expire in just 3 days. Was this information helpful? |
