I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Zepto regarding the purchase of a brown bread packet that was found to be contaminated and stale upon delivery.

Description of the Issue:
As soon as I opened the bread packet, I discovered that the bread was completely covered with fungus and was stale, making it unfit for consumption. This indicates poor quality control and hygiene standards on the part of the supplier.
Actions Taken:
- I have collected a sample of the bread and sent it to the government laboratory for testing.
- I am awaiting the report, which I will submit as evidence.
Request:
I request Zepto to take immediate action to address this issue, including a refund and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Additionally, I intend to pursue legal action through the consumer court if the matter is not resolved satisfactorily.
Please consider this a formal complaint and respond within 7 days.
