I ordered a product from zepto on 29th dec 2025. It was about to get expired so I raised the concern at the support chat. They scheduled a manual pickup for the product costing 944Rs. It got picked up the same day, but they didn't processed my refund. I reported it back with the team multiple times over chat and mail and everytime they say it will be processed in 5-7 working days. But I haven't received it yet and its been more than 3 months now:
