Multiple orders placed via Zepto (including Order IDs: OJINNHIYR56336, LGLVOHIYG47227, SJMJJHIYH16336, among others) were delivered with incorrect quantity/weight and were not as per agreed specifications at the time of purchase. Despite submitting clear photographic evidence and supporting details, the company has repeatedly rejected requests for refund/replacement without valid justification.
The continued disregard of my repeated and legitimate concerns reflects clear deficiency in service, negligence, and unfair trade practice. This has resulted in financial loss exceeding ?3000 and has caused significant mental harassment, distress, and inconvenience due to persistent denial of rightful claims.
